Monthly park cleanup
Rain or shine, neighbors meet every month to give Alma Park a deep cleaning! These cleanups usually take place on the first Saturday of every month at 9:00 am. Check our community event calendar to confirm the date and time.
Bring your gloves, trash pickers, bags, and buckets. Be prepared to have a great time while helping the community stay beautiful!

Vandalism not only makes our neighborhood look bad but it also attracts other crimes.

Bulky item removal and illegal dumping cleanup
Did you know that having bulky items, like appliances or couches, picked up by the city is free?
Sometimes bulky items are illegally dumped because people don’t know how to get rid of them.
Worst of all, bulky items that have been illegally dumped attract more crime, like vandalism. That’s why it’s important to get these items removed ASAP.
If you need a bulky item removed, or know of one that has been dumped, call 311 or open a request in the 311 app to have it picked up. This helps keep our neighborhood clean and looking great!
Reporting abandoned vehicles
Reporting abandoned vehicles is an important way to keep our neighborhood looking clean. Having these abandoned vehicles removed also reduces crime!
If a vehicle has been in the same place for over 72 hours you can report it by calling (800) 222-6366. You may also report an abandoned vehicle online here.
